    I like to drift flys in the creeks during the fall salmon run with my noodle rod.  What do you favor when it comes to a knot?
    I like a palomar, but I have mixed results - from quick break-offs to unbelievable strength hauling in beasts on a tiny fly.  What knot would you guys use to get consistency?

    I always use the improved clinch knot and it has yet to fail on me, and hope that it doesn't.
