Hi Everybody. Just thinking about the trip and all of you. It won't be long now. Here are the numbers for our group: Catfish Cindy wants 59; Cousin Tom wants 41; and I would like 8. If any of these were already taken, please let me know so I can get new ones. |

Pie Eating Contest This year we will be doing crème pies again. Your choices will be chocolate, vanilla, lemon, butterscotch, cheese cake, or banana (these are all jello brand flavors of pudding). As of right now – this is what the team line up looks like: 1. Laura/Catfish Cindy - 2. Ray/Jared - 3. 4. Jerry/Cory - 5. Melinda/Pete - Vanilla 6. John/Steve - 7. Cheri/Tom - 8. Cami/Hannah - If I missed anyone – please let me know. Please post what flavor pie you want. Same rules apply: 1. You can ONLY use the spoon provided 2. Once you finish your pie – you must stay seated at the table for five minutes – getting up to puke means you lose. 3. Partners MUST work together at eating the pie 4. First team done with their pies must put their spoons down and stand up and yell “DONE”’ This year’s time to beat is 2 minutes and 41 seconds There will be a prize for the 1st place adult team and 1st place kids team

I'm still not 100% sure that I will be able to make it...still working on scraping up money for the $600 of property taxes due at the end of July among a few other small bills between now and then That said...I've found a buyer for my cargo trailer ($350) and just had a $200 sale of collectable lures to a friend in Australia...so I'm getting there If I DO attend...I know I won't be able to do SOS or gumbo as I have in the past though At the same time though...if I attend....I WILL do the "Reverse Door Prize" like I have in the past |

In regards to the pie eating contest, it looks like I have been paired with John. I choose chocolate pie. But if he wants another flavor , make it for us instead. |
