Dave should show up. I have offered him some help if needed. I am posting again asking for any special requested fishing items anyone may want. Time is now [24] days before I head that way. I am bringing a few extra rods and reels and some tackle but not as much for members to buy as in the past. I will have my both my repair kits for use if needed and a few extra reel parts I found recently. |

Today I gave the "Bushwacker" a going over. All fluid levels are where they should be, tire pressure and all safety devices working and where they should be and she fired up on the first push of the button! Tomorrow I'll be out on the lake putting her through the paces AND I guess I'll do some fishing while I'm out there! Next weekend my son will take her to a lake in Maryland somewhere and give her a good workout for a week. Everything looks good for the meet! Woo wee! |

As in years past the number drawing for the door prize is open to anyone who will be attending the Meet, Member or Guest, just pick a number between 1 and 100 post your number before the first day of the Meet, and the one closest without going over will win the Prize.

Steve , I have an AUB Garcia 652 (Cardinal) spinning reel that needs a new bail-spring and a general cleaning up. I have not used this reel for about 30 years! Can you repair this at the meet? Just say'in!

Steve, I have an old ultra lite 2-piece spinning rod and reel. Both of them have seen better days. Would you have replacements for them? If you do, please bring them to La Crosse. thanks, Ken |

Turnip,... not sure I have the proper bail spring for an ABU Garcia 652, but bring it along. I will try and fix it. Cleaning is no problem. I drown Worms,... I'll see what I can do for you. Will have some extra rods and reels for members to look at and/or buy. |
