Heya folks. I've been a Life Member for a while now, but the last few years have seen my whole world swing upside down and back again, and left me fairly little time for posting here. I'd had an account a while ago, but I'm pretty sure there's been at least one major shift in these boards since then.
A bit about me: I was a subscriber young, and I got my life membership in high school. Fisheries research has always been fascinating to me, and I chose to make it my career. I took a bachelor's in Natural Resoruces at the University of Illinois, graduated last May, and have just begun my Master's work in Fisheries at the University of Wisconsin. Now that I'm back in front of a keyboard so often, it occurred to me that I really missed hanging out on these boards. So, I thought I'd try to jump back in.
I don't tend to post much, but I lurk kind of a lot. I hope the community is just as vibrant and welcoming as I remember from my last go round. Something tells me I'm not likely to be disappointed.
