Dude those are some hawg Smallies. Where did you get them?
Man if I could get 10 like that this weekend for my Championship tournament I would be a happy fisherman and a little richer too. I'm getting ready to fish the Columbia River this weekend and it has some of the biggest smallies in the state. I have seen them over seven pounds weighed in. But I would be proud to weigh in the ones you caught.

Thanks Harry. Those were caught on a couple of different lakes in northern WI. The majority were caught on wacky rigged senkos off of docks, and swimmin grubs. I know a fella on a different forum that catches some huge smallies out of the Columbia. I'd like to fish that for sure. Good luck in your tourney.

Great smallies. Love the pics. I can't wait to head north to do some smallmouth fishing. I think i am making a 10 day trip to WI and then Canada sometime next year. I love catching those bad boys they just dont get as big in Missouri. |

Funny I was talking with a guy on another forum and he said the same thing about MO. smallies. Good luck on your trip up north.

We catch some nice ones 15-18 inches is a good fish. Every once in a while you get into some 18 plus inchers but they are hard to come by. When we do get into them it is a day to remember. |
