The problem comes when you get a package from the club, and your not sure if it is a test product or just another scam to get you money. So why can' they send a email or a letter that a package is coming soon and be on he look out for it. They just have a regular box saying on it NAFC so if you open it you would have to send it back. I know it doesn't cost money to return it but it does for arrival of package to sender.

As NAFC's new Social Media Editor, I am ready, willing and able to respond to your concerns, help out in any way I can, and raise issues up the flag pole that I can't help you with myself. I will be on the forums as much as possible, but I also a produce a podcast and web videos, as well as doing some writing and other duties. At present, facebook is probably the fastest way to bring issues to my attention, but I will do my best to monitor the forums a few times a day. -- Regards, Web Guy Greg

Welcome Greg, As you can see, since this newer version web site forum come on . It has lot of bugs to be worked out, like my reply on Feb.10th.2011 @ 8:19am shows I have posted twice, but I only hit the button once. Once you post it you can't delete them without Media doing it. I hope you can read some of the complaints and send them to the person should be responsible for the problem. Most of the problems is member testing and not getting magazines and when we call the main office we get a foreign person that don't speak or understand your English. I have spoken to plenty of people and I have to ask them where are you from and they say LA, TX, OR, MN , NY, FL. and so on. I'm not concern about member testing like some of the members are, but this is a big problem. Then the Rod or the Reel has broken after the first time using them. How can they get fixed? I feel as long as it is a new reel or rod should be under warranty and get fixed for free, as long it is under a year ownership. After that the person is responsible for any repairs.

Hey Dennis, it's not just your post on this website. It happen in every forum even facebook. There's a glitch in every websites that cause this. Don't be too worried about this issue. But my concern is the failing ports. I will get lots of error message telling me there is something wrong with the website and I cannot proceed to the page I was wanting to go to. I know there are lost of html codes to write but they need to get the website guys(writers for the web page) to start figuring it out then fixing the problems. I will always get an error page somewhere on the server either website or forum. Thank to all for the help on my fishing and that is all that I am concern about.

For the life of me I can't figure out why the IT guys can't make this site run the same in IE as Firefox! Not that FF is that much better but it is less annoying at times. On the other hand, in FF links are never "hot" to provide a direct path to a link. I shouldn't have to run 2 browsers just to enjoy the forums! Dennis: to address your post concerning field test items, the ones I have received did not come in packaging with the NAFC logo or name, they were shipped direct from the Mfg, and both had an associated email. The second item arrived about a day ahead of the email though, causing some confusion as that particular day also happened to be my birthday! Tom
