I'm new to pike fishing in the N AZ area, Upper Mary lake specifially.   Anyone know this area and be able to share some tips on what to use?

sorry miniman,don't know anything about that area. but if i was to go to a new lake and know nothing about it. i would start looking for the deep weed edges near points or breaks going into deep water. then the baits of choice would be jerk baits or spinners and if i am allowed a second pole i would get a sucker or shiner under a bobber near the boat. because pike like muskies like to follow a lure to a boat.

also miniman i would like to welcome you to the bb and i hope more of the guys add onto this and it gives you some help on how, wherre and when to get your pike or muskie
