    My friend has a lure that he bought last year, but can't remember where he bought it. The name is Goliath top water lure, about 4-5" length and his is yellow with stripes and realistic eyes and a feather on the tail end treble hook.

    Heard it was a custom lure. Turns out the company is Custom Lures Unlimited.
