My buddy and I got out last night on Lk Michigan, mostly to burn down some of the gas in his boat before winter storage. We did hook 3 Chinnok 2 of which made the cooler, a nice 13.5 lb 3 year old and a 4 lb 2 year old. The suprising thing was that we douldn't find any cold water! We checked from the surface down to 150' and the water was between 60* at the surface and 54* at depth. There was no evidence of a thermocline. It made for an interesting end of the season trip. Tom

We did enjoy the ride, the sunset was spectacular and we got the fuel level in the boat down to where we wanted it to be. The fish were a bonus!
