I went down to one off my favorit fishing holes back in the wood's that not many people know about. It's perfect, peacfull and best full offrock bass and trout. When I got there I almost cryed. Some young punks found my and other fishermans spot. I spent most off the afternoon pulling beer cans out off and around the creek.Icrushed them up and put them in A pile so the next day I could put them in A trash bag and get rid off them. Then I started fishing with some spinners(not a bite) I swiched to some Wax worms that never failed me yet(not a bite) I thought maby cleaning up the creek scared them so I went home hopeing tomorrow would be a better day. After work I head to my secret spot with trash bag in hand when I got there i almost had a nervous breakdown The pile off trash and beer cans was thrown back in the creek and this time it was worse.Im to old to beat these punks. Idon't no what to do

john, i've gotten to where i am taking a bag with me and filling it up every time out.

it's getting worst every time i turn around. the bula river behind the hospital seems to get trashed out over nite. the sad part is, its not just kids but some of our fellow fisherman. i find it the same way every place that i fish.

The situation is not much different at my local fishing spot although it could hardly be described as 'rustic' or 'secluded'. It amazes me that so many "fishermen" can be so insensitive to the environment! I usually carry a bag with me but rarely need to use it- the litter is usually within 15' of a clearly marked and readily accesible trash barrel! The fast food wrappers I can write off to picnicers who dan't have a clue and are lazy but the bait containers could only come from people who are fishing and (in my mind) should care just a bit more! I generally toss about 3-4 times as much waste as I generate and rarely make a dent in the litter despite my efforts. It is a pity that so many parents couldn't be bothered toraise their children better! Tom

Buy a wildlife camera like hunters do to photograph deer (expensive but worth it). I would use an infra red camera because if the punks see the camera flash and locate it they might destroy or steal the camera. Hide it good but within range of their destruction zone. Then you should get some nice pics to show to the local law enforcement.
Warning: In the event of the "Rapture" my boat will be Un-manned.
