Well we went on our yearly fishing trip to rio vista ca for strippers and sturgeon had a great time (as always) We cought a few strippers and a couple of small sturgeons one guy even cought a green sturgeon (which you can't keep) but my brother-inlaw was the lucky winner catching a 49 in 31 lb sturgeon..We were using ghost shrimp and ell for bait..Fishing in about 40-50 ft of water just out of the main channel.....What a great time we all had and its always better when you and your fishing buddys are catching fish..We are going to go back in the next month for a couple days until then we will be at the lakes for bass and panfish.... JOHN

Sounds like you had a great time!  Thanks for sharing!
