Hows the perch fishin this year? Anyone have any hotspots there willing to share?

I know lake Erie has been on fire this year. Other than that I don't know either, but would not mind getting some perch somewhere myself.

jlesniewski, I have been fishing the island area & niagra reef here in Western Lake Erie & doing well.

really all u have to do is pick the port city that is close to you, that you are launching out of, and go out a mile or more, looking for 30-40 ft depths usually and just look for the big pack of boats out there, that is where the perch are at. there have been time where i go out of vermillion and there will be over 200 boats packed together all catching those tasty treats!
