It's amazing that big as this club is that the right brain doesn't know what the left side is doing. I got the calendar 2 weeks ago and I opened the invoice an cut the return part and now I get a letter demanding payment. I called them and talked to a female and she was very abrupt and told me that should have put the return label on the outside and just not to put on return to sender. Well I told her if you will give a chance to talk I tell you what I did. She started again, and I said to her excuse me but will you shut up for a minute and I will told her that I wrote on the front and back return to sender, also I have the return taped to the front. But the Customer Service for the club I will say needs improvement, not all the C.S.R. in the club is bad but they need to be weeded out and reprimanded by write ups or days off or even let go! It all depends on the severity. So make sure you put your return postage on the outside . Oh yes don't write return to sender, because it goes to another mail box. Dennis |

The thing is Dennis is they send those things out to the members without asking if they even want it, and then expect payment. Well if I get something in the mail that I didn't order it's mine, and there is no way on Gods green earth am I going to pay for it or pay to send it back. The club does this to members all the time, with books and calenders. If they are that desperate then put them in the club store, and not just send them out then expect payment. That is were I raise the BS flag. Over all it is a good club. they just need to change the way they conduct business. Harry |

Thanks for posting this Dennis1022. If I was going to return something it would seem reasonable to put RTS on the envelope, but I can now see why this may be a bad idea. I got the calendar also and decided to keep it. The artwork was pretty cool but it was the fishing times addition that hooked me. I have called customer service a few times but have always spoke with a courteous person with some tact. |

Hoosierbuddy, this is first time I had someone ask about the Logo/Avatar. Well it is a symbol of peace pipes and then the medince wheel or also called the mandella /warsheild as for the the Lakota is Sioux from South Dakota PineRidge Rez. where I lived for 15 yeas of my life. Mitaku Oyasin ( We are all Related ) . My mother and her ancestors side was all Sioux Lakota, they have Rose Bud Rez. Cheyenne River,Flandreau Santee, StandingRock, Oglala Sioux. Now November is Native American Indian Month but you won't hear anyone announcing this. American Indians are still under the US Dept. of Interior. I hope this helps your answer to your questions. mcopeland1 thanks for the heads up. I have had that calandar for quite a while now, and I have never opened it or got around to sending it back. It's been so long that I cant even find the return postage stamp now. Guess I'll keep it and call it a member field test. I'll send in my review January 1st 2012. LOL |

Thank you Dennis for taking the time to explain this to me. I thought those were peace pipes on that logo . I have always been fascinated with Native American culture and also very saddened by the way they were treated by the government. Have a great day brother and God bless you! |

jsanchez.. That is a great way to send a point. When they receive it the employees of any company have to figure out who is allowed to sign for it and then find that person. This can be a big headache for them! Good way to get taken off that mailing list. My company is very particular about who can sign for packages. Fortunately for us we have 3 people in our office and there is always at least one of them there. When it goes back to a company, they may not be as organized as my company. |

I like the Calendar and it's the only thing i buy from the club now. I think they could be less expensive than $20. I got an offer from In-fisherman for their calendar and it was only $10. |
