I downloaded the PDF file for the resource guide which had information in the first few pages about submitting information about guides that we have used.  It said that there was a form to be used but I can't find it on the site.  It did provide a number to call to get a copy of the form, but I figured that it had to be online somewhere.  My family went to St. Augustine and utilzed Walker Charters for a redfish trip and had a blast.  I recently became a life member and wanted to post a good report for him.  Any help would be appreciated.
