When fishing the lower columbia freshwater areas that are still affected by the tide, is there a part of the tide that yields better results than others?

I have never fished the lower portion of the Columbia I do all of my fishing either around Boardman and the Tri=Cities. But I would guess the best tide would be the incoming tide as it is with other tidal river across the country. Check with your local bait shops or contact a guide in you area and see what they ahve to say about it.
