Thursday and Friday nights both had 8 people in the room. if you sign in and nobody's there, just say hi or something, so there's visible proof that we ARE using it. why would the club spend money to improve something that is not being used?

Hello, I am new to the Michigan section, Just checking it out. I live in Ohio now on Lake Erie, but Grew up Fishing Lake Michigan and Huron. I sure miss the king and Coho fishing but the steelhead fishing is fabulous here. Not to mentiion the eyes and Jumbo Perch. My folks live in Traverse City, and I grew up fishing the Manistee, Frankfort, Leelanau and GT BAY, then in the early 90"s I bought a cottage on Lake Huron at the mouth of the AuSable river. I am now in a little town called Avon Lake which is a suburb of Cleveleand and in the heart of Steellhead Alley. Not a bad thing though as I now have Lake Michigan, Huron and Erie covered
As always good luck all and be safe.
    ROD-UP

nice to hear from you, R. I'm in the metro Detroit area and regularly fish Lake St Clair. when I have time, I like to get up to the thumb and fish Caseville and Port Austin
