    It totally obliderated that bass!

    A few years ago snakehead were big news in Chicago after a couple were caught in a park lagoon. Fortunatly these were not of the Northern variety of snakehead and any that may have been around didn't survive one of our balmy winters. I hear they are a real problem in Florida and some of the Mid-Atlantic states. Tom

    michigan hell, i hope they dont make it to the mississippi river. once that happens fishing as we now know it will cease to exist within 30 years

    All of them need to be exterminated in this country. Or they will keep spreading to different bodies of water and destroy commercial and game fishing.

    You haven't heard of Snakehead?   They're only one of the most destructive (and famous) invasive species in the U.S.!!!   They can live on land for days and they eat almost anything that swims.

    I remember when I was in middle school and the snakeheads first popped up in maryland where Im from I couldnt believe it when I heard it on the news! Then they came out with a movie based in baltimore and I was like thats where Im from! haha It is called snakehead terror I think. Oh and that vid if F'd up btw I hated seeing my favorite fish get killed like that :/

    Speaking of movies, you should watch the special made by River Monsters on snakehead.  Very informational!
