I've been looking for a good Canadian Pike adventure for a while.  Deep down, I really would like to get out to Wollaston Lake Lodge, Selwyn Lake Lodge, or Gangler's North Seal River, but they are just so darn expensive.  If anyone has suggestions of reasonable price and good quality fishing, you'd help me in my search.
    Thanks,
    the fishing/baseball maniac

Hey maniac, before I can suggest a fishing lodge in Canada I need to know where you live and if you are planning to drive or fly. I live in the Northeast and airfares are crazY!!!! I have been fishing in different parts of canada over the years. Please feel free to e-mail me at jeff.wadleigh@gmail.com and I will try to help you.

I had a good walleye/pike trip at Anglers Kingdom on Nunngessor Lake (near Red Lake Ontario). It is run by Keven Geary who used to host a fishing show in the 90's that featured Canadian Lakes. Kevin is very helpful. It is not a 5 star camp like those mentioned. However, it is clean comfortable and located on an island with a large beach. Very good food and very nice camp boats. 40 and 50HP boats with fishing platforms and locators on board. We saw Kevin catch a 49" pike right next to where we were having a pretty good walleye catch. That is until the bully showed up. Hard to beat for the price. Very nice people in camp also. I would check out the website for more pictures and information.
