I live in the Mid-Atlantic, The Washington DC Suburbs to be exact. I have heard there is a Warm Water Discharge at Dickerson MD. on the Potomac about a half hour west of Washington. Do any members in my piece of the world know anything about this? The ice fishing here is non-existing or just plain dangerous, There has to be an alternative to spending the winter looking out the window, waiting for the dogwoods to bloom! HELP!         GSM
