I have been a member for almost 2 years now and am not very satisfied with the NAFC. Let me explain...
    1) I am a fully paid lifetime member and continuously get billed for lifetime membership
    2) I have returned my calendar and keep getting billed, while online shows I owe, the automated and customer service reps say I am current.
    3) Product Testing - online states I am all updated and enrolled, on the phone - they say I am not and need to re-enroll.

A lot of contradicting status' and billing issues.  I just wanted you all to be aware, that even though it says something on NAFC online, you may not be current with your billing, or you may not even be enrolled in product testing.

Four times now my fully paid lifetime membership has been canceled. Last time was because they said I had passed away. I am still alive and fishing. Wish they would sort this out once and for all. I do not owe anything on my books or knife I bought from them.Ilike to read the forums and articles. Also I watch their show lots of of good stuff on it.Very annoying might need to to look for a better  site if this is'nt taken care of.

When I signned up for the Life Time Membership, I made monthly payments. After going through all my payment records, I found that I overpaid by one month. I contacted the Club, Copied and Paste my payment records so they could see that I overpaid, with all the check numbers, and $ amounts paid. I was told that a refund check was being sent out to me for overpayment, but I never received anything. That was about three years ago, if not longer. I love the TV show and the Knots War segment is really Great, but the web site needs some serious HELP, maybe the admin. just needs to pay more attention to the Web Site and NOT WHICH Place to Fish.

I just received my NORTH AMERICAN FISHING CLUB "LIFETIME MEMBER" patch, and I was wondering if it would be too bold to wear it on the front of my Members Only jacket? If I don't return this{1}****, are they going to charge me?

SORRY YOU FEEL LIKE THAT, I HAVE FOUND THAT WHEN YOU RETURN THINGS, IT CAN TAKE SOMETIMES THREE MONTHS BEFORE IT GETS CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. ALSO WHEN I FIRST JOINED THE CLUB, I HAD ALMOST THE SAME PROBLUM WITH THEM SENDING ME A BILL WHEN I WAS PAID IN FULL. I CALLED THE CLUB AND TALKED TO THEM, EXPLAINED THE PROBLUM AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A OFFER FOR LIFE MEMBERSHIP. ALL THE DUES I HAD PAID INTO THE CLUB SO FAR,WOULD GO TOWARDS LIFE MEMBERSHIP IF I BECAME A LIFER.
WELL I DID AND AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, I ONLY HAD TO PAY A SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY,( LESS THAN $30.00 ) OUT OF POCKET AFTER THEY PUT ALL MY DUES I HAD ALREADY PAID TOWARD MY LIFE MEMBERSHIP. SO PLEASE GIVE THE CLUB A CHANCE AND CONTACT THEM AND EXPLAIN TO THEM YOUR PROBLUMS AND I'M SURE THEY WILL FIX EVERYTHING FOR YOU.

KEEP ON FISHING, AND WHILE YOU ARE AT IT, TAKE A CHILD FISHING AND TEACH THEM HOW TO FISH. YOU CAN CHANGE THEIR LIFE FOR THE BETTER.

I'll agree with RHank1 on this one, it does take up to three months for the club to take returns off your account. I guess it's not the end of the world, but it sure is annoying to see that you owe for all these items that you've returned!
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if it wasn't for my super smooth carbon drag, my 30 year old Trilene would bust!
