    Anyone own this Rod? I bought a President spinning reel and put it on a Shimano Volteus spinning rod. Was looking at the Abu Garcia Veritas as my next buy as far as a rod. Anyone w/ info lemme kno.

    My friend has it. It is very light and surprisingly stronger than I would expect. I'd say buy it.

    I am currently using Veritas rods exclusively and they are awesome. I can't say enough good things about them. If you buy one you won't be disappointed.
