Just wondering if any Kansas NAFC members were going to consider having a  State meet this yr and where?
I went to the El Dorado Lake meet last yr and enjoyed meeting several new members. [ Fishing wasn't wonderful due to lots of rain] but I still had a good time and visited with several KS members.

I would like to know also. It would be my first meet and I would really like to go

Hello guys it was fun last year would like to do it again. I've been real busy and havn't been on much. We just bought an old rv and been getting it ready to travel. I will be gone the month of July but would open to getting together anytime. If anyone has a daet that they would like to suggest lets hear it that's how we got it going last year.

I was wondering if this would be on boats or shore? Cause I dont have boat myself, plus what about Clinton or Hillsdale?

Where are you located? Are you near Hillsdale or Clinton?

Last year we shore fished and thier were a few that had boats. It wasn't a real big get together but it was fun. We made it a weekend get together more of a get to know each other and fish. It got cold that weekend so the fish wasn't biting to much. Where we have the get together doesn't matter much we try to have it centrally located for the people that are going to show. Last year most of us was from Wichita except scasteel that is from the K.C. area. We just need some people to take the lead on this and get it going again. I would help but with the things I've got going on around the house don't know how much I could get done.

I now live near Clinton, Mo, but know the highways to get to Kansas very well.

I know how to get to Hillsdale, & Clinton Res [near Lawrence, Ks] and El Dorado Lake from here. And other Ks fishing spots too. All I need is a place to meet, time, and dates.

A Friday Afternoon/ night, and Sat. / Sunday meet would be fine with me.

Maybe in 2012, we can get back together again in KS someplace and fish.
