Not my house guys, my friend from church moved to the outer banks of NC, they have a nice brick home on Rockcastle Bay in Gray's Hillview subdivision two lots, full finshed basement w/two bedrooms and a bath and a great room in basement, three bedrooms upstairs, bath, livingroom Kitchen, utility room, two car attached garage, carport blacktop drive, and a dock. Last price I was aware of was 300,000.00. Jim, I was over by your house yesterday while it was raining so hard, but not sure which is you so just went by. Had to take one of the boy's friends home.
