I wanted to ask a question in the Help Center rather than posting a new topic, but I received an error msg. Didn't know if the Club was aware of this since I haven't seen any other posts regarding the Help Center error msg.
So, here's my question I was going to ask in the Help Center. I received the knife collection offer approximately 5 - 6 weeks ago. It was a nice item, but I decided not to accept the offer and mailed the knife back on the same day, in the box it originally came in, with the pre-paid return postage affixed to the box. My question is; How long does it take to get the $19.99 bill, that the club billed me, off my account? I returned the knife the same day it arrived in the mail over a month ago, and I received a late notice in the mail a few days ago, saying I hadn't paid for the knife and they wanted to be paid NOW. The reason I haven't paid for the knife is because I sent it back. Curious if the Club received it and forgot to take it off my account, or if it got "lost" in the mail.
