We are off and running Merlinvnv and his wife pulled in yesterday and got there camp set up.  Lots of wind and white caps pretty much stayed on the bank. Carol and I had the gang up for a late lunch early dinner...........

Well everyone got out on the water today , tuff bite..............Carol and I picked up two after a LLLLLoooooooooonnnnnnnnngggggggggggg  dry spell washing spoons........

Well I picked up two ( because I'm a rod HOG )

then this small rainbow in my left hand.....
They came hard hope thing go into more catching and less fishing as the meet goes on......

It's been raining here since 2:30 am and a cold front on the way temps in the low 40's and a high of 50* but the lakes surface water is 66* with 35' to 40' of that so maybe we will not get that low being so close to the lake................

Brother Stan , Merlin (Ed) and I went out today around 930ish till 3ish nothing nada...........zippo........sunk-o-ru
