    Just bought 30 lb thrust minn kota..Need to know how to mount it to the bow of my casting deck, problem is when i mount it i have to run it in reverse for the handle to face me? Is there a simple way to fix this?sorry for asking a stupid question if so..Thanks for any help.

    I had the same issue..It's actually really easy to fix (less than 2 minutes). There is a phillips head bolt at the top of the shaft that holds the head/handle onto the shaft. Unscrew the bolt and remove it. Turn the head 180 degrees and line up the holes. Put the bolt back in and tighten.

    Check out Bass Pro or Cabelas they have a mount that goes in to front handle to mount your motor, I used one of these for several years on my 16' jon worked great. You will need to drill  some holes to bolt it to boat.    MCOPELAND1
