I will soon be buying a micro guide rod the problem is i cannot decide which to buy. The 2 rods i am most interested in are the casting carrot stick and the casting wright and mcgill worm/fluke or any other rods that are recomended. I prefer a rod with a very short handle and a length under 7'2 with a MH action. This rod will be mostly used for texas riged worms or jigs. Any input is greatly appriciated. Thanks

I'm not into micro guides, yet. If I ever go into micro guides it's that Falcon Cara t7 rod that I would consider eventhough I'm a St.Croix rods guy. Don't know about any microguide for Wright McGill but from the few people who'm used it have felt that they were just expensive Eagle Claw rods with a high price tag. Kind of strange when considering how expensive the Wright McGill fly rods are.
