I can't seem to get a pic on my computer, but I can tell you that Lake George in upstate New York is easily the greatest place I have ever fished. My family and I went there last summer for a weekend and it was nonstop action for everyone, even my little sister did well, catching the biggest smallmouth of the trip! We rented a boat out of Dunham's Bay on the east side of the lake and just went at it with a topo map I found online. My dad, brother and I did some fishing at the dock on the south side of the lake which produced some nice bass, too. We caught pumpkinseeds, smallmouth, largemouth and some nice perch, mostly on some spinners I had made in preparation and some Stik-O's rigged wacky style. If anyone has the option to fish Lake George, I would very highly recommend it.

Heres a good bass fishing spot.

This is a great place where fish will lay.

This is the part where it meets the river. The mouth of the creek.

A lot of times those Smallmouth will just sit motionless, facing the current in front of those overpasses, waiting for food (mostly insects and crayfish) to wash their way.

Its the same sort of deal for this place:

I fish at the Huron River very often and I've had substantial success.  Big Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass can be found around certain log jams around the Hudson Mills Metropark.  There are also numerous other species found in that stretch of the river, including Hog and White Suckers, Rock Bass, Bluegill and Pumpkinseed Sunfish, and Northern Pike.
