Welcome Noel, you live in a great place! Trout are my favorite too, but we have to drive to Ionia Co. or further to fish for any. What's in your lake?

Hey guys Saginaw Mi. area here I live in here in the winter until schools out them live in my camper in Lupton (Rose City, west Branch area) all summer fishing all the small lakes in the area. We are right next to Sage lake on a Private lake called East Twin lake. In the winter I fish the saginaw river daily. I would be able to hook up in the winter if you guys want to nails some walleye. This winter was a odd one I never even got my shanty on the ice but we did real well in the boat. My brother in law even managed to catch a 30# cat fish out of the saginaw. The biggest one I ever saw come out of any river in Mi. I also like to trout fish the rifle and some of it's smaller tributaries in the Lupton area I do pretty well on the browns and brookies there. |

Hi Everyone, first time speaking up but have been a member for a few months now (recently upgrade to lifetime member).. We (hubby and I) currently reside in Dexter, MI (originally from Monroe, MI & Romulus, MI) and fish every chance we get, recently discovered various places around ann arbor area (previuosly we just fished exclusively down at Sterling State Park in Monroe, MI because that's where we know to go lol.. Don't currently have a boat/kayak/canoe but always looking for other fisherman to fish with. Oh my name is shannon and hubby's name is Larry btw lol. Hope everyone is having a awesome day! |

I am originally from Battle Creek but now live in Northern Lower Michigan by Traverse City. I LOVE the availability of lakes up here.

Where I am from is Detroit, then Beverly Hills, then Lansing, now in Topeka, Kansas. But I will always be a Michigander! Spent part of every summer in NE Michigan. Am retiring this year, new boat, and will be mainly fishing Lake Huron out of Harrisville and Hubbard Lake. See you on the Big Water! |
