Can anyone point me to some solid fishing websites for Arizona? With like lake info, depth charts, species in the lake, where to go, where there at, ext... Just got here in Phx, originally from Chicago, and I know Chicago had some good sites. I did read in an earlier post a couple like azbassman.com and yumabassman.com. those were good, but just wondering if there are any others that maybe are better or more preferable. Thanks all!

Try azgfd.gov. for lake levels, fishing reports etc. Most of the info you're looking for can be found there. azbasszone.com is a good site for bass fishing. Where do you want to fish? What species do you want to target? What part of Phoenix are you in? My partner Danny and I are multi species anglers targeting largemouth, smallmouth, stripers, crappie, channel and flathead catfish, and bluegills. I usually hit Lake Pleasant or Bartlett Lake. Last weekend Danny and I slayed the fish at Canyon Lake. I also recommend the booklet Arizona Fishing Holes published by Arizona Game and Fish Department. It's available from the azgfd.gov site.

Well I can direct you to a site that has a free bulletin board for AZ with other anglers willing to share info.  It is similar to this site but has people on it that are not members of NAFC.  www.bigfishtackle.com  has a board for every state plus some international stuff too.  I hang out there on the float tubing board and utah board and get lots of good help.  Not to say that there isn't good help here either.
Fishing and trains, what else is there? BASEBALL!

Preferable? No not really. AzBassZone.com is probably the most active, but also has the most bashing, politics, etc. AZGFD.gov has a lot of good information, but its can be hard to find. My site Yumabassman.com is small abusive behavior is moderated and has activity, but most of it is focused along the Colorado River. WesternBass.com has the most tournament oriented forums, but they seem to be more California oriented. BLM and Bureau of Reclamation have lake levels and water flow for the stuff they manage. SRP has levels for their management areas I believe. Youse pays your nickle and youse takes your chances. Arizona Outdoorsman Magazine used to have a fair site, but I have not visited it in a while.
