    How is the fishing going down in Mississippi? Are the crappie spawning yet, or how deep are the folks down the fishing for them?? I just wanted to get a report before i made the long trip from Missouri.

    I think there's a map of when the crappie are spawning on the homepage.

    I live in Aberdeen and the crappie are biting pretty dang good.. However we have had some rain and screws it up for a couple days then back to normal.. I have been fishing from bank because of the fact I don't have a boat and been catching them around 3 ft deep.. Good luck to ya!
