    Question for the NYS DEC if anyone is a member here.Now that legislation has changed,and one does not need the Marine Fishing License, do the people that spent the $10.00 to get it , get a refund from the state??

    If you bought a life time Marine license you are intitled to a refund. If you bought a yearly Marine license you are not. Sorry. Next year you will have to register but there will be no fee.
