Hi there i was wondering if any of you have any experience fishing for smelt in the Rochester area. I heard they come into the Niagara river but that is too big of a river to really catch anything. if you know of any spots near rochester let me know i might go check it out i hear it is alot of fun. What are the regulations for those fish anyways.
