I believe it's time for the forums to have a "revival" and I'm sure all other members who visit the forums regularly are with me.  These forums have been dead for days after slowly dying for the last 5 months.  The club needs to take action to persuade members to visit the forums more often.  Practically nobody even visits the forums anymore.  What ever happened to Turnip, Northeastbass, or Basbandit?  Never seem to hear from them anymore.  Is it possible that Facebook is stealing over all the members?  Have they been abducted by aliens?  It's like a bunch of them all disappeared at the same exact time.  I just don't understand it.  I'm not a Facebook kind of guy.  In fact, I'm not even allowed to have one.  This is as far as I can get to Facebook!  All you members that have Facebook accounts need to start advocating the NAFC forums.  They are in sorry shape, and, unfortunately, they've hit an all time low.   I predict that soon we will loose the few members that the forums have managed to keep and the forums will become completely dead. 

Hey, I'm on here nearly every day, and I post replies to anything that I feel I can contribute to positively.

turnip was unhappy when they changed over before the change over you know about . There used to be alot of folks that were here on a regular dally bases then .
the old site worked good then one day they decide to update with out telling any one we lose chat and half the info we worked hard to put together . Most are on other forums like {1}*******s.com
During the first change over they lost half of the content that folks worked so hard to put together ,and it left a bitter taste in are mouths .Then it took 2 years for them to get there crap together . then things start to work good then they decide to change things yet again .
The one who you may know that really got burned from the older update was DAVESET he had a lot of info on river fishing and reading maps that was put together over a few years only to be lost forever. so you see we come, we try ,and well you see the problems the site has had . well they used to be worse and no one from corp even responded to or complaints .Well some of us have been through 4 changes already and most of them with magga bug issues.
Then we get this with glitches and all so here we go again .The only thing different this time is some one is responding to us and trying to keep us in the loop ,enter WEB GUY GREG .
so as you see alot of us old regulars only drop in from time to time and help out were we can . you want to chat with the old regulars try {1}*******s.com they have a chat room and a nafc bb area set up for nafc members as that is were most of them went to .

Hey fellers it's me basbandit. How y'all been. Thought I'd drop in and see how things were going and wow nothing has changed. The reason I haven't been on is because nobody in the main office seems to listen to anything we have to say. Many many times I have ask them to update the chat room so as a member we can see who is on it, instead of asking if anybody is home everytime we log in. It got real old quick, and it's still the same no changes. This is a fishing fourm, not a why don't I get to test things or where is my free stuff. I just got tird of it. No Facebook didn't steal me away and I was not abducted by aliens, I just got fed up with the crap and moved over to the{1}*******s.com. Don't get me wrong there are a bunch of great guys on here,but there are a few that just ruin it for everybody. It's just like TV, if you don't like whats on change the channel so I changed channel's.

I hope someone in the main office reads this and realizes that if they don't start listening to it's members needs, that they will loose not just a few members but all of them.

Jaysun glad the forums have been good to you , we still come in and help were we can and new folks have come in too . so its kinda like starting over from ground 0 .

I read a lot and post a little and I do agree that it seems that they keep fixing things that weren't broken. It truly is a shame that information was lost when older posts were deleted or however it was they were lost.

Im not sure just HOW many members have been abducted by aliens, but im on the forums at least once a day. I just haven't been posting as much because THERE ARE NO TOPICS TO POST ON when no one is posting! You see!?

I made a post on the ASK A FISHERMAN forum on 7/15/2011. So far there has only been 11 views and no answers. I guess maybe it was to tough a question. Maybe I should seek professional advice!
