I was sent a product to test for the second time since I've been a life member. The first time I got one, there was a form with it to mail back with your review. This time I didn't get one. I'm assuming it was a mistake. What should I do? |

Call the club, they will send you one. I lost a form on my last test product, no problem they said and sent me another. |

Did you get an email telling you the test was on the way? If so, the link to the test form is in that email. From time to time, the product arrives before the email, so give it a day or two. If you deleted the email, member services will send you a new link. |
