    Headed out to big lake for the first time anyone have any info on a good place to fish the lake....It sonds like if you can a rod in the trout are there...any help would be great headed up on the 8th of june  thanks devin

    Beautiful place, you can probobly get information at the local tackle shop, they used to have one at the lake. May be one at the lake, the Rexall Drug store behind the McDonalds in Springerville is a good place for tackle and info as is the shop at Hon Dah. Also, go to azbasszone, there was a thread running there a coupe of days ago.

    Hope they can get that darn fire under control, this sort of thing is not only devastating in the physical damage it can cause but also because it has shut down most of the recreation on that part ot the state, it can financially cripple those who depend on visitors for part of their income.

    Yeah, a lot of people up there are mostly dependant on tourism for their income.
