Hey guys, I'm just getting back into Bass Fishing, hadn't gone since I was a kid, and was
wondering what are some good tactics for fishing bass during these hot summer months.

F.Y.I.- I live in West Central Florida, if there are some different tactics for Florida Bass.

    Thank You in Advance, Everyone!!

first word of the day topwater!!!! early in the morning, second words jerkbait, and spinnerbait, when the sun gets high and gets warm move to slow presentations in deeper water big worms, jigs, also buzzbaits in the am. In florida lots of shallow cover and possibly lily pads punch the cover or throw frogs over the pads. good luck Scott. sun gets high attack the cover.

I was using a Rapala X-rap this weekend. Caught a nice 5 pounder along the edge of some hydrilla grass beds.It was on
a ledge where the depth went from 3 feet and dropped to about 7 feet.
