Simple question here, Do these artificial bait scents work?
Like the coffee scent spray or craw fish scent spray, are they worth investing the money in?

If you use them what are the names of them?

    Thank you guys!!

Well Frank I don't use the sprays but I do use a scent product called Smelly Jelly in bass feast scent and it works very well. unlike the sprays it stayes on the bait longer so you don't have to reapply it as often.

Last year,my brother covered his Suick with a scent stick (minnow scent) made by BioEdge, while fishing for Musky and I didn't. I had a lot of follows, but the Muskies were sluggish to hit my lure. They would just follow the lure (approximately 6" - 12" behind it) all the way to the boat, then swim away. However, the Muskies my brother pulled up would strike his lure after following the bait for 10 - 20 feet. I was convinced they hit his lure because of the scent.

try megastrike its a great scent for plastics. I dont usually use scents unless i'm getting short strikes or the bite is tuff but megastrike seems to be the best one of found. good luck. Scott

I've been having good luck with the new Yum F2 crawfish scent.
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if it wasn't for my super smooth carbon drag, my 30 year old Trilene would bust!
