After having tested this all season, I have come to the conclusion that this is great for smaller fish...IE Crappie/Speck/Panfish. But I don't think at this time that I would use it for a bass rig or anything that will put up a big fight. Then again, I did get mine caught up in a tree, and the hook bent before the line snapped, so if you use a good enough knot it can hold up. Definitely retie your knot from time to time, or you'll end up losing the battle. I keep one setup with this line on it.

Hmm...what more could one ask for than for the hook to bend before the line snapped? Sounds like the line is working out...might want to upgrade those hooks.

LOL, Actually, There's a whole new lineup of hooks called Jack Hooks, they are knotless. I am going to try them out on the Nanofil next year. They're alot more durable, and a very unique design. You can check them out at www.jackhooks.com

And yes, I am upgrading hooks, as I've had some of them for a while but time to re-up on them lol. I've been doing alot in the fishing community lately, so yea, next year will be killer.

@Bassman They work out great with normal line, I'm just curious as to how they will hold up with the silkiness of the nanofil.
