Hello all! I have a 1949 Goodyear "Sea Bee" 5HP outboard that needs  repair, as I can't seem to get it. Do you know anywhere in NEPA or Southern NY I could take it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Since your outboard is considered an "Antique" you may want to search the web for antique outboard clubs and see if someone there can point you in the right direction. I doubt if you would find any current repair shops that want to mess with it.

There's a place called Twin Cities Outboard out of Minnesota that may be able to help you if you can't find assistance where you are. Here is a link... http://www.twincityoutboard.com/
They have 1,000's of old outboards for parts. Give them a call; maybe they can help you over the phone or they may be able to get it running if you ship it to them. Good luck with the repair!
