I am a novice fly fisherman who loves to go after gills'. My rod was damaged and need a replacement. I have a reel and line, etc. Just need an inexpensive rod. Just looking for suggestions for something to do the job.

Absolutely! I have a 7 weight Dogwood Canyon for bass fishing and it's a GREAT rod for the money. I also have a 6 weight for panfish. I highly recommend these rods for high quality at a budget price. |

I found a Eagle Claw fly rod combo for $35 yesterday at a small outdoors store in the Irish Hills, MI area. It is a great rod, got some gills before dark last night at the cottage. The reel on the combo was not that great. Gonna put it on ebay. Will post ebay link once posted.
