Good places to fish in Jacksonville?

    Ive started fishing in seriousness and i would like to know if there are anygood places around Jackosnville that are good and dont need a boat because i don't have one.

    I made the mistake of ASSUMING that you meant Jacksonville, FL, but maybe that's not the right Jacksonville!
    Would it be NC or FL?

    I live in Atlantic Beach and go fishing several places and do quite well. Do you want fresh or salt water? Both are available here.

    under Atlantic Blvd bridge on the Intarcoastal Waterway, fish are jumping. shrimp or crab are being snapped up.

    Hanna Park, near the Mayport Naval Station is good for Bass, catfish and some pan fish.
