Well since i have gotten good grades in school my mom let me go up to walmart and pick up some baits this is what i bought.only

But i have heard people saying lizards are a good bait but how do you work them?

Thanks to everyone who helped with my creek situation, I guess that tells me not to listen to collage kids who sound like they know what they are saying....

Next place is the collage near the bushes

Great lookin' baits buddy! for starters, just rig'em up Texas style like you did your worm. If that don't work, we'll go from there. Lots o' luck!

Work 'em just like a worm. Let them sink to the bottom...pause a few seconds...twitch it a few times...drag it a foot or two...repeat. When you get a strike, sometimes it will feel like a thump on your line, other times you won't feel anything but the line will start moving off to the side. It's something you just have to experience for yourself to really understand, so get out there and research!

You could do it either way but I'd start with the bullet sinker on it.
