Caught a large 15" bluegill very thick and fat. Of course my rapala scale needed a battery. Does anyone have conversion chart that tells weight?

This site assumes a generic girth based on species groups IF you didn't measure it.

Do you have a picture of that 15" bluegill? That would be quite a fish. The largest bluegill that I've seen in a picture was 11-12" and it was a slob.

Why are the lengthXgirth= weight charts not available on this site? There is a different formula for each species and it sure would be nice to have a reference section here with this kind of info-maybe along with spawning/preferred temp charts?

Thanks 4 quick answers,
Thanks 4 quick answers; RRichards151 tells me it weighed around 2-2.5#'s. No 07gmcowner no photo; it's a catch & release only area of the Champlain canal (Hudson River).
