Hey everyone...I know most of you on here probably have a bass boat or something similar, just wondering if you guys that do, have a name for your boat? I have a 17ft Parker CC. It's name is Parker One Seven. I came up with that name because of the obivious, I have a Parker and it's 17 Ft. Hence the name Parker One Seven. That is also my call sign on marine radio. It's always interesting to read some of the names people got for their boats and how they came about choosing that name. Some are cool, others not-so, and some just out right crazy...So if you have a name for your boat and would like to share, please do...

Have had several boats with names for each, but my favorite was "DOUBLE TROUBLE" and it lived up to its name. Since secretaries have to cover for their bosses my secretary begged me to name my boat: "VISITATION". She said it was much easier to tell people who complained about the pastor's absence that he was out on "VISITATION". SOME SECRETARIES ARE WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD. AMEN! I am buying a 1995 Nitro DC 170 and I am going to name it Stacey. I call my wife, my girl and Forrest Gump called Jenny his girl. So when Forrest bought his shrimpin' boat, he named it Jenny. I told My Girl that if she would let me buy my Nitro that I would name it Stacey.

Sent an e-mil to my staff that I would be out on jury duty.  One of my Engineers replied, "Is that your boat?".  Name stuck.  People at work thought I was spending too much time helping the courts until word got out it was the name of my boat.

my 14 ft. gregor is named "lil cork" beacuse thats the way it feels when some clown in a large boat or houseboat run by me at about half plane just slugging a huge wave for me to ride out. i'd just like to say thanks for being considerate

my boss's boat is called "the money pit" and not because he wins alot of tourneys.

My boats name is Second Childhood.....because it brings back so many great memories of fishing with my Dad.

Hello Everybody, John from NY here. Nice name picks guys . I own a 18'6" Starcraft Holiday V , it was not a fishing vessel but IT IS NOW LOL ! I got her last late fall in pretty rough shape and have spent all winter and spring re-building here better than new WooHoo!!! My Ex has whined since I got it that I spend too much time workin on it and the house so when ever she would complain I would just say WHATEVER ! and go on working on it . Well she is now gone (Still got the boat ) And I just had custom vinyl graphics made for the side of the boat that say " WHATEVER ! " In bold italic lettering with slight flames coming off them and the day the ex moved out I taped em to the side of the boat while she was packin . Sounds cruel but you need to meet her first lol . Hope to have the new wood installed today and the wiring and lighting during the week then the madien voyage next weekend .Love the club

Mine's a 14" Fisher brand boat. It says "Fisher" on the sides, so I just let it go at that. LOL
