When I try to upload photos to the journal it'll make copies and post over previous photos. It's easy to replicate, it has happened several times.
I've tried emptying the journal then reuploading, signing off and reloading the page, and it just keeps copying over older pictures and making copies of the new pictures I want to keep.
For example: I had 2 photos in the journal with descriptions, when I uploaded 2 more new pictures it made 2 copies of each picture in total.
Then when I delete one of each of the copies, the pictures won't show, it shows a picture of a camera or blank feild.
Then when I got rid of all the pictures and tried to upload them again 2 at a time, the second set made copies of itself and replaced the first set of pictures that were different.
Any Ideas? |

Im not sure what web browser you are using but Mozilla Firefox is by far the best browser to use while navigating this site. The majority of the site's features seem to operate correctly when using it. Try to avoid Internet Explorer and Google Chrome as the site seems to glitch when using them. Hope this helps! |

No, it's not the web browser. I installed Mozilla Firefox and used it to try and fix the problem, but it's still doing the same thing. |

That's messed up. I remember having difficulty uploading photos as well months ago. Try going to create album instead of using your journal. You can upload your photos there without much difficulty. I have a feeling that the journal application is permanently flawed. |

And just to clarify, go to your profile and click on photos. Then click on create album. You should be able to upload photos from there. I did. Check out my profile maybe that will give you a template for how to do it. It took me quite a bit of trial and error to figure out how to upload my photos as well when I first joined the site. |

I've never experienced the problems you're having, but uploading photos can be a challenge here. Another thing to remember is attachments must be less than 500kb. |

I've heard this alot from other members about try using firefox or mozilla...But why would the club design a site thats not really compatable with microsoft widows?? Intenet explorer is by far the most popular and propbably the most used. To this date...the attachment link wont open...I've tried everything under the sun and nothing...the only way i can post a pic is using photobucket. I dont know who designed this website if it was an outside company or someone in-house...but they really did a bad job, and maybe need to be re-assigned or fired. It seems all the facebook plug ins work...Do we really need to know that 47, 000 people like NAFC? |

Hey Barresi, you would think ANY site on the intertnet would be designed around IE, but I read a post by someone on here that said this was one of those goofy sites not geared for IE...but designed to work with something else...like Firefox. I don't know if there's any truth to that, but I know for a fact, this site is much faster through Mozilla Firefox.

Instead of the attachment link, use Add Reply, then copy and paste pictures. Best way I have found that actually works! |

Hey CQ, is that a perch? Looks like a nice one.
I wonder why Barresi's attachment link won't open...never had that happen yet.

Yep. Big ole perch I caught one night out of a stream in unfamiliar waters. Was a fat one. |
