Anybody seen the latest to unfold in the Alabama rig saga? It's the Yum "Yumbrella rig"...appears to be a little more affordable than the official Alabama rig.

P.S. Bassman, How did you get your link to be "hot"? If I remember right, mine used to do that also...what's up?

There is a fellow in Arizona who has designed one to be Arizona legal, basically only two lures and then some no hook attractors.

The best advice is to check with the DNR for the State you'll be fishing in. Some States limit the number of hooks you can have while others may have special rules depending on the body of water you'll be fishing. The rigs can be costly so better to check before you drop a lot on ca$h and can't use them.

Has anyone tried trolling an umbrella rig for walleye ? Or should I just check my state regs and try it myself ?
