Took my boat out of the water yesterday...Tomorrow I will be winterizing it and power washing...getting it all cleaned up for it's long winter nap. Monday my shrink wrap guy is coming, then it's off to the boat yard for winter storage. Then...what to do...what to do???

I don't know what to do Barresi, but we better think of something quick...I'm startin' to twitch!

There's always fishing from the shore and then ice fishing (which I've never done, but I might this year)

Of coarse you could search the catalogs and internet for fishing and boating supplies. Go to shows. How about a vacation to a far away place. I'm lucky winter is my busy season at work, so I'm kept busy. When do you try to get the boat back out?

That would be great...going to the Amazon...I think I'd get lost in Brazil...lol
I do have a bunch of tackle and boating equipment that I want to get for next season...In two weeks the crappy fishermans fleamarket starts out on Long Island...I always go...give's me something to do...every now and then you find something nice...usually it's the same old junk...old penn reels and more old penn reels.
I usually put the boat in the water the first week of April...I try to get in on the Flounder action..it's a short season, April 1st to May 30th., but it never happens. I always get caught up in my hunt to join the 50lb club. To Catch and land a 50lb Stripedbass.
