Ouch, ouch, ouch

We've doubled up n the past, but I have faith two more will step up and join us.

Like I said, it was more to spur some of the other members to step up. But, I don't mind tying a few more flys, it gives me the practice and being a newby I can use all of the practice that I can get. One of the reasons that I was so happy to give the swap a try is that I will be able to see what others, who know what the flys are supposed to do and look like, think of my tying ability. All of the other members of my family who fish are spin caster types.

Sound a bit harsh? Hmmm.. it could be that I haven't had a decent fish dinner in over a week, or just now getting to some safe hard water(Indiana), or that I got a 4 pc rod on the bench calling my name!
But really somebody go over to that shanty, an Please let them know we need 2 more tyers. I thought when they said they were onto a hotspot, I just figured they meant they had wifi an were reading this......

OK, now I get to show how much I don't know about these computer things. How do I go about posting photos of my flies?

Well, I cheated and actually used the HTML editor to add the picture as a link from another site. But if you look beneath the Submit, Cancel, and Preview buttons when you are posting you will see a bar that says "Attachments", click the little arrow and then use the "choose file" to find the fie you want to upload and click upload button. Once that's all done you will have a little display below that lets you insert your picture.

      Thanks. I had been using the quick reply to send posts and there was no attachment button there. Now that I have used the reply button IN he post I can see it down there.

     Here Is a photo of one of the "Prince Nymphs" that I have tied for the Fly Swap. It may not be the best that you would see from some of the better tiers, but then
 again, I have only been tying for a few months. How do you think I an doing?

So, the swap is full. I'm liking what I see so far. Time to get busy here and finish up the rest of those flies.

I have finished tyihng the slump busters. Looks like its going to be a good swap. Some good looking flies in this one.

HDSMOKEY don't worry about your skill level it is for fun and educational purpose. When we enter these swaps we under stand every one has different skill levels and usually uses what ever they have on hand . Some folks may be tying something completely new to them.

Ok i have some flys left over from are 20011 NAFC LACROSSE MEET don't recall the size hook i used but it is a elk hair cadiss with a highlander green hackle body and natural elk hair wing
I will add this to this swap also.
