I am up for hearing from some others in our state. Just joined this site and will check out the Nebraska Fishing Club. Thanx
Been hitting on alot of crappie lately at Branched Oak in Lincoln. Up to 14 1/2". So far so good. Little windy today but still caught a few.
Son caught a pretty good size wiper or "whipper" as he once called it the other day. Happy Fishing to ya!

Good deal, been hearing some good reports from Branched Oak. A friend and I went out the other nite and got on a nest of fingerling bullheads. We managed about 50 2-3 inch fingerlings in about 2 hours. Always fun to catch something the second your bait hits on an ultra-light rig. My buddy did hook into about a 15lb Snapper...so no swimming in Branched Oak lol

Yep, Branched Oak has been good to us so far.  Thanks for the tip on the 15 lb snapper.  Wow, that is unbelievable.  Didn't even think about snappers being out there that big.  Sounds like you have been having a good time.  We are gonna hit it again tomorrow.
Good luck your next time out.

No problem. If you're into bass fishing be sure to check out Olive Creek. Last week caught a 20.5" 5lb LM on a crawler of all things... Trying to get the pic uploaded to NE Fishing Club but my browsers being glitchy today. Tight Lines!
